ARKANSAS eNOTARY TRAINING COURSE

To become an eNotary you must be an Arkansas notary in “good standing” and have completed the online eNotary application at https://bcs.sos.arkansas.gov/.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -The State of Arkansas’ official, required training course for Arkansas Notaries Public seeking an Electronic Notary commission. Content created by the Arkansas Secretary of State’s Notary Public and eNotary division of the Business & Commercial Services Section. Presented by the American Society of Notaries.
This course also serves as the refresher training/exam required every two years of all commissioned Arkansas eNotaries.
Course Content:
Includes fundamentals of notarial practice, statutory requirements, and essentials of electronic notarization.
Exam Required:
This course concludes with a required exam. Course includes information and tips for a successful exam. A minimum score of 80% is required to pass the exam and obtain your course completion certificate.
Duration of Course and Exam Access:
Twelve months from the date of registration (two exam attempts in one 12-month period are allowed). Log in-and-out at your convenience. Registration confirmation email includes log-in credentials and other helpful tips and information. Course access expires at 12:00 am of the “closes on” date.
