Connecticut Notary Commission Qualifications
Notary applicants must:
• be at least 18 years old;
• be a resident of Connecticut or have a place of employment in the state;
• Non-residents must provide their address of employment, which must be kept current with the state;
• provide a valid email address, as all correspondence is sent via email.
